• Travel Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering flight options that best match their schedule and budget.
• Airline Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines to secure competitive fares and provide the best travel options to our clients.
•… Itinerary Management: Assist in the creation of detailed travel itineraries, ensuring flight schedules align with clients’ overall travel plans and preferences.
• Special Requests Handling: Coordinate with airlines to accommodate special requests, such as seat preferences, meal requirements, and assistance for travelers with special needs.
• Travel Documentation: Guide clients through the requirements for travel documentation, including visas and passports, ensuring they are prepared for their journey.
• Feedback and Quality Improvement: Solicit feedback from clients post-travel to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.

Requirements:


• High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• A positive, high-energy attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
