Warehouse Team Member $16.15/HR

Position Summary:

Assist in the efficient flow of merchandise in and out of the Fulfillment center (FC). This includes receiving product into the warehouse, filling store orders in an accurate and safe manner while monitoring and ensuring product accuracy and quality. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work as a team member to assist in all DC functionality
  • Select and pack orders according to preferred methods
  • Wrap completed store orders and submit to shipping
  • Load shipments onto trucks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Receive product from vendors and prepare for outbound pick and pack processes
  • Replenish received product to primary and secondary bin locations
  • Completion of daily paperwork and records without errors
  • Maintain a clear and clean work area and adhere to sanitation standards in warehouse
  • Maintain compliance with all department, company, state and federal safety regulations and documentation processes of a warehouse
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education Requirements:

  • Must be at least age 18
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, push/pull for a minimum of 8-10 hours with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Must be accurate and detailed oriented
  • Ability to work within set time frames and under fixed performance standards
  • Ability to operate or ability to learn to operate the following special equipment, machinery, and/or special tools: hand truck, hand and power pallet jack, power lift equipment (Company will train)

Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:

  • Familiarity with distribution center terms and processes

High school education or general education degree (GED
