As a Remote Travel Reservation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for your clients. Our company works with various vendors, which will allow you to customize your client's vacation!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events & activities)
• Process payments on behalf of the client • Provide all necessary documents to clients - before and after travel
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Work well in a group/team setting
• Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
• Complete required certification within a timely manner
• Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Skills and Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older, and be a resident of the United States
• Must have a smartphone and/or a computer, with reliable internet access

• Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests
