Your role as a Physical Therapist at Powerback will involve assessing the needs of the patients, planning their rehabilitation and providing tailored physical therapies. You were drawn to this profession primarily due to its focus on healing and helping - and these will be key in your role. Evaluating each patient as an individual and charting out a plan to help their recovery and strengthen their physical abilities will be integral parts of your job.

Flexibility to cater to the diverse needs of different patients and working in varied setups will be critical. As a part of a referral team, you ensure that the patients receive appropriate care to help them thrive. Your role is also that of a trainer who guides the patients and caregivers towards independence and efficacy.

Qualification criteria:

You need to:

- Have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of their practice, or chances of eligibility.
- Hold a master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapy-related field along with a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or
- Have a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy on top of 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- If your Physical Therapy degree is from overseas, it needs to be evaluated for alignment with U.S. Physical Therapy degrees.
