Share Accurate Information: Provide clear guidance on flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures.
Resolve Issues Professionally: Address customer concerns with empathy, striving for quick and effective solutions.
Coordinate for Complex Issues: Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalations and ensure seamless resolutions.
Maintain Records: Document interactions and transactions for accurate and thorough service history.
