Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in IT development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database management.
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications related to .NET and Azure.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning applications within software development.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
