- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Collaborate with other Executive Business Partners to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Manage and track expenses for senior leadership team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations for the senior leadership team.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to improve business operations.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
- Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership team.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field
- Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Administrative Or Executive Support Role
- Proven Ability To Handle Highly Confidential And Sensitive Information With Discretion
- Excellent Communication, Organization, And Multitasking Skills
