Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Eap Worklife Customer Support Associates Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Inquiries And Concerns.
  • Knowledge Of Employee Assistance Programs: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Employee Assistance Programs And Their Benefits In Order To Provide Accurate And Helpful Information To Customers.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Preferred, As Eap Worklife Customer Support Associates Will Be Responsible For Providing Exceptional Service To Cvs Health's Clients And Their Employees.
