SCHEDULE

Full Time

 

To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty successfully.

 

  • Prepares CRE loans for closing including completing moderately complex loan processing due diligence.
  • Organizes loan files and prepares needs lists for outstanding items. Assists in the gathering process.
  • Works to clear loan exceptions that occur, along with titles, trust deeds and other collateral issues.
  • Manages closing process with escrow, insurance companies, title companies and closing attorney.
  • Ensures collateral is perfected and clears all post-funding tickler items.
  • Services all commercial related loan functions after a loan has originated and supports all aspects of the “back end” of the lending cycle, i.e., boarding (booking) new accounts and file maintenance of existing accounts.
  • Underwrites and prepares annual reviews, modifications, administrative actions and any loans that would be assigned.
  • Manages and prepares payoff quotes, reconveyances of trust deeds, partial releases and collateral releases for all commercial loans.
  • Monitors and processes assigned reports in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reviews professional real estate appraisals.
  • Participates in field visits.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Thorough understanding of CRE products, rules and regulations. Organizational abilities to ensure follow through and the ability to expedite the process for the member. Knowledgeable of all aspects of the loan process and documents necessary to ensure compliance and limit exposure to liability for the credit union by understanding and following all guidelines. Requires excellent communications skills to coordinate efforts in the lending process.
