Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to both installers and customers.
  • Customer and Installer Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and installers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide timely updates on order status, scheduling changes, and any potential delays.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, installations, and claims.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, such as invoices and work orders.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
